Afternoon’s With IPCRI

Since 2005, IPCRI has held bi-weekly meetings on issues of joint concern to Israelis and Palestinians, especially those that relate to the conflict. IPCRI’s Wednesday Afternoon meetings are held in East Jerusalem and are attended academics, activists, representatives of local consulates and embassies, and members of the local and international press.

IPCRI has an interest in having a strong Palestinian presence at the meetings and coordinates entry permits for approximately 50 residents of the West Bank and Gaza for each event. Invitations are sent by email to over 18,000 people through IPCRI’s mailing lists. To join IPCRI’s mailing list and receive invitations to future events, please visit our Events Page. You can also view Videos or listen to Podcasts from previous events. IPCRI’s Wednesday Afternoon meetings are currently supported by the Governments of Finland and The Netherlands.

Special Events

The Israel Palestine Center for Research and Information occasionally hosts public special event conferences on important political, environmental, and historical issues. Special event conferences usually include three or four distinct sessions during which experts and practitioners explain their perspectives on the subject in detail. “Camp David 2000 Until Today,” and “Peace Begins with Jerusalem?!” are two such events that we held in just the past three months. IPCRI parters with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and the German Development Agency, whose loyal support makes these important events possible.
